Hunts Offered

We offer full or semi-guided trespass hunts, for Elk or Mule Deer in Unit 12, or a Pronghorn hunt in Unit 3/301. We also offer Archery Mule Deer and Antelope combo specials.

Mule Deer Archery season have averaged a 90-100% kill rate in the last 4 years. We have enjoyed a 65-85 % success rate on Elk, as every hunter knows the difficulties in harvesting this species is the thrill of the true hunt. Black powder and rifle seasons are great for both Deer and Elk, and we have a 90-100% kill rate in all seasons using these methods of take.

* Prices do not include gratuity, lodging or meals. **Cabin cost is per week and is fully equipped with bath, cooking & heat. All hunts require a 50% deposit, with balance due upon arrival. Client/Guide Ratio:
Depending upon the number in your hunting party, there will be 3 guides serving you. We average a 1-to-3 guide to hunter ratio. We do not guarantee any game harvest, but we have averaged an 85% to 100% fill in past years.

Transportation:
If needed your transportation on the property will be provided by one of our guides. No vehicles will be allowed off the main roads without prior approval. Your transportation to and from the ranch is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. If allowed the use of your ATV, you may only drive where instructed. Any damages to land by misuse of your ATV will be an additional cost.

Food and Housing:
If you secure a cabin at the Ranch it has, shower, toilet, beds and includes refrigerator, stove and all cooking / eating utensils. Rates are $1000.00 per week for the cabin and is rented to groups only. You will need to bring your own sleeping bag. If interested in the cabin please ask about availability.

If you choose to stay at the Lodge it is 3 miles from the hunting property, and you need to bring your own sleeping bag. The rates are $75.00 per night per person at the Lodge and for more info on the Lodge go to www.williamsforklodge.com or call 970-826-0399. Remember to let them know you're with Majestic Trophy Outfitters. (Note: Due to possible sale of the Williams Fork Lodge, contact them about availability.) Game Care:
As your service providers we will field dress, skin and transport game from the field to the main camp. We can also provide transportation to and from the processing plant. Due to the growing concern of CWD you may have your game tested upon request. If you wish to donate your meat and only take your antlers, you may do so; but will still be asked to pay for the processing. Cost is $200 for Elk and $100 for Deer. This is for butchering, does not include sausage, jerky, etc.

Cancellations:
All cancellations are to be made 90 days before your expected arrival. Deposits are non-refundable unless adequate time or an extreme situation arises. In these circumstances we would make a final decision and there are no guarantees that your deposit will be returned. You will be applying for private only tags; therefore your success rate for drawing is 90%.
